Can’t Find the Editor on my SuperDoc App

  1. If your user account is an editor account, you will find the Editor mode at the bottom menu: 
  2. If you don’t see the editor mode in your account, verify with your Organization’s Supervisor whether you have editor access in SuperDoc.
  3. If your Supervisor can’t find that information, contact our Support Team at support@baltutech.com and tell us about the problem, someone will contact you to help you solve the problem.
