Getting ERROR at Login

  1. Verify your user name and password are correct (look for typos)
  2. If everything entered is correct and you still cannot get access, proceed to reset your password by following the steps for “Forgot Password”.
  3. Try login in again using the new password
  4. If resetting your password didn’t work, contact our Support team at support@baltutech.com and tell us about your problem. Someone will contact you to help you solve the problem.

NOTE: Password minimum 8 characters, upper case, lower case, number, and one special character: !@#$%^*().
