Forgot Password

  1. Navigate to: server.baltutech.com/password-reset/ 

NOTE: The link to reset passwords is unique to each organization. If you are unsure of your organization’s SuperDoc server URL, contact our Support team.

  1. Click on “Password Reset” on the top menu.
  2. Check your email inbox (including spam or junk mail folders) for the reset link.
  3. Click reset link in email
  4. Create and verify the password. Password minimum 8 characters, upper case, lower case, number, and one special character: !@#$%^*()
  5. Click “Change My Password”
